The owner presented this property to us in 2020, which was previously used as a holiday home. It was dated in its presentation and felt very dark on entrance. It had no real personality to match the superb view over the River Fal it boasts. Dressed with magnolia walls, dark leather sofas as well as an aged kitchen and bathroom, Fixer Management and Warren French were instructed to carry out a full renovation and refurbishment. We undertook full project management, installing wood flooring and decor throughout, as well as furnishings, window treatments and local artwork. The property is now booked for approximately 45 weeks per annum with a large amount of repeat custom.
A light, seamless and beautiful seaview apartment.
A brand new kitchen and luxury bathroom was designed, both supplied by local companies. We compiled concept boards with the client to not only fulfil his vision of a Scandinavian, sleek townhouse, but for it to be fully functional as a holiday home with materials that would last and endure busy seasons. We fully repainted the property in Ammonite by Farrow and Ball, adding locally sourced pictures from Whistlefish and soft furnishings to compliment the style.
The master room was restructured with a Superking Zip & Link bed to offer the client market a variety of bed layouts to suit their family needs.
The final result is a light, seamless and beautiful seaview apartment that booked as soon as photos were released.
